Nada Apa yang Baru Hari Ani

Semuanya membosankan macam biasa. Ani ada seorang lagi pekerja baru, bini bini, umur 19 tahun. Usulnya pun macam attention seeker jua. Mun lawa inda jua apa. Ketara anu jenis kambang kambangan ani. Perasan pulang jua jenisnya. Tapi biarlah, selagi ia inda luan luan mengacau. Mun inda, ada yang kena tampar ni. Entah kenapakah aku dikelilingi oleh makhluk annoying ani. Dah la palirpin dua ekor macam babi saja dalam office ani, bising, terais terais, suara kan satu office sekalinya bercerita. Pekerja yang seorang ani pun pembelot, pengkhianat bangsa; terhegeh hegeh kan merapati palirpin. Apa istimewanya species diorang ani pun aku inda faham. Yang ku tau diorang ani buat semak saja disini. Yang lelakinya macam gay, homosexual usulnya. Pundan pundanan. Yang bini bininya karang perasan lawa, mengucapkan bini bini Brunei. Bangsa macam ani kah yang kan kamu baik baiki? Bini bini palirpin ani cuma layak untuk diamput, dirogol, diliwat saja.. hahaha.

Tiap hari cuma kebencian yang ku rasa ditempat kerja ani. Kalau inda pasal memikirkan cari makan bah, sama mencari kerja lain ani payah, sudah batah ku berambus dari company palui ani. Aku tah saja orang Brunei disini. Yang lain tambi, palirpin, 1malingsial. Ada pun orang Brunei, mengampu(t) palirpin jua. Kan mati bah pisinnya. Yang mamak dua orang atu inda ku berapa ingau lah, diorang inda berapa mengusut jenisnya. Ni nah, yang 1malingsial, palirpin sama tali barutnya ah.. mun aku nada ku kan membagi mua bangsa(t) sial macam diorang atu. Apa pulang kitani kan tergasak gasak arah diorang mun diorang sendiri inda suka kan kitani? Diorang disini cuma untuk mengaut keuntungan saja.

Not Jewish Understand!!

Semua orang pun tau siapa dibelakang ISIS ani. Sedari mula kitani tau bahawa kelompok Yahudi ani, macam mana pintar pun diorang, inda akan pernah suka dengan bangsa selain dari Yahudi sendiri. Dulu aku pernah berdebat sama bini bini Melayu Brunei yang berkelulusan dari United Kingdom. Bukan lagi sembarangan tu, first class degree holder lagi haha.. Mulanya ia kerja arah syarikat tempat ku bertugas masa ani sebelum ia berambus entah kemana.

Perempuan ani tadi inda tau apa Al-Qaeda.

Jawapan sidayang ani tadi pasal Allah 'inda suka diorang'. Yalah, inda suka pun, apa sebabnya? Kamu mau tau apa katanya? 'Well, I think the Muslims are jealous of them, you know, because they are successful and Muslims are not'. Adakah patut ia cakap kitani dengki dengan kaum Zionis?? Orang Islam jenis apa ia ni aku pun inda tau. Ia masih melawankan Zionist sedapat mungkin, katanya ia inda percaya yang Yahudi ani semua macam atu. Baru ia, dang.. dimana kau belajar ah? Inda ku terus nafikan dakwaannya atu jua. Benar, dibandingkan Yahudi sama ummat Islam, membagi malu saja orang Islam zaman ani. Liat sendirilah.

Ia inda tau. I'm not even sorry la, perempuan atu memang budoh walaupun ada degree dari UK. Aku tanya samada ia tau siapa John the Baptist ani, yang mana ia jawab 'inda tau'. John the Baptist adalah Nabi Yahya Alaihissalam. Benar aku ni inda alim, tapi ugama ku, mesti aku tau jua. Bukan bertujuan kan menunjuk nunjuk, tapi ia berfungsi sebagai pelajaran sejarah untuk orang macam bini bini atu tadi. Malas ku dedahkan siapa ia sebenarnya.

Atu pun ia inda tau.. hmmm.

Ia seorang penuntut yang 'straight As' tapi her worldview is unfortunately very warped and distorted. Ani ia fikir semua orang Arab ni hitam macam negro. Apa punya straight A student.
Deathcrush. Rachel Corrie selepas ia mati disorong pakai bulldozer oleh Zionist IDF
Kan berpanjang lebar pasal politic sama ia memang inda guna guna.

3GP Melayu

Mungkin dari sehari kesiumanan ku makin berkurangan. Keadaan ekonomi negara yang entah mana kah hala tujunya, ditambah lagi situasi dunia yang menghampiri penghujungnya, barangkali apa yang kitani usahakan (or inda pernah berusaha lagi diusahakan) cuma menuju ke satu destinasi yang inda pasti. Macam anilah dari hari ke sehari. Membosankan saja.

Pun macam atu, perkara ani sepatutnya telah pun difikirkan segoreng gorengnya (as opposed to 'semasak masaknya') sedari mula.

Cuma, adakah kitani memikirkan sejauh mungkin kesan peniadaan lesen rampaian ani? Salah satu keingauan sebilangan orang kitani ialah takut inda terkawal nanti bila semua tia jua kan jadi businessman. Inda salah. Iatah tu masalahnya, negeri kitani damit. Penduduk pun inda sampai setengah juta (300,000+ rakyat Melayu jati Brunei, selebihnya hidupan liar dari pelbagai negara). Customer base pun damit. Ni baru jua kawan bercerita, sebelum ani ia jual burger sama nasi katok somewhere di KB. Tapi dalam bulan ani ia inda lagi berniaga, pasal satunya, contract kerjanya kan kena tamatkan May ani. Kedua, oleh sebab inda lagi lama ia kan kena tamatkan perkhidmatan (gaji dibawah $500!!), jadi nada duit untuk buat modal pakai beli barang untuk berjual. Ia bujang masih. Macam mana?

Benar nya orang, mun kan inda mau susah, berusaha bah. Mun ganya bercakap, duduk diam diam, siapa saja pun pandai tu. Aku tah madahkan; inda berguna sama sekali. Ani pun baru ku tau, ada seorang bekas graduan UBD, ia ada degree sama master, tapi kerja memotong ayam disalah sebuah gedung perniagaan terkenal disini. Macam biasa, gedung perniagaan atu bukan Melayu punya, Cina lah. Graduan yang bersijil master, jadi tukan potong daging? Wow... iatah hal macam ani tah yang memudahkan jelama jelama buduh mengambil kesempatan untuk menguatkan lagi hujah (atau hujan air liur) bisdia, yang mengatakan 'inda pedah jua kamu bedegree bemaster, spiking (speaking) lacis lacis, ia jua inda kemana kamu atu'. Sekarang aku mau tanya kamu semua wahai pembaca budiman.

a) inda payah belajar tinggi, habis sekolah inda peduli singan mana, masuk askar pasal dapat naik pangkat
b) belajar sesingan singannya, lepas atu mohon kerja arah kerajaan, sama jua dapat naik pangkat
c) belajar tinggi sampai ada degree / master, lepas tu masuk askar / polis atau pun mana mana pasukan beruniform, kalau askar, jadi pegawai, tunggu pencen kalau nasib belurih
d) belajar sesingan singannya, lepas atu mohon kerja arah kerajaan, tapi bonus disini, minta tolong arah peradian
e) belajar jua sampai ke university mana saja, mengikut minat, lepas tu belajar untuk berniaga sendiri, sama sama membangunkan bangsa Melayu Brunei dalam segenap bidang
f) inda payah sekolah, ikut kawan saja main forex sambil beramal ibadah, duduk saja dirumah

Senang kan? Apa jua payahnya memilih a) atau b) kah. Dibawah aku sertakan beberapa sebab kenapa bisnes Melayu Brunei selalu gulung tikar:

a) pantang liat duit banyak.
Berkelaie sampai bisnes terbengkalai macam atu saja
c) pemalas. Mau jadi boss saja. Mau dapat untung saja setiap bulan. Tapi inda active turun padang untuk memikirkan strategy keusahawanan, mengemaskini kaedah perniagaan mengikut arus terkini. Memajal orang suruh bekerja untuk ia walhal ia sendiri pun inda pernah ambil tau kebajikan pekerja
d) hasad dengki. Ah yang satu ani teruk jua, macam Basyar Al-Assad. Tapi kalau Assad pakai bomb, pendengki pakai bomoh. Mula mula berjaya bisness, alhamdulillah. Dua tiga bulan lepas atu meninggal tia, muntah darah. Melayu tu bui..
f) inda pandai bisnes. Orang berniaga, ikut tia jua kan berbisnes tapi langsung inda tau menau pasal bisnes. Fikir bisnes ani cuma jual beli saja. Inda meliat kan mengembangkan bisnes diluar sempadan negeri.

Kenapa kamu fikir Yahudi, sungguh pun ia banyak puak, macam Qaynuqa, Mizrahi, Askhenazi, Sephardim, Haredim, Khazar, Khasidic tapi bila menghadapi musuh, diorang bersatu. Kitani Melayu, semua kan pentingkan diri sendiri walaupun kitani satu rumpun. Iatah sebabnya bangsa lain mengambil kesempatan arah kitani. Ditambah lagi dengan perangai sebilang orang Melayu Brunei yang rata rata anti pendidikan dan pro gaji bulan (mun faham bisai!!), makin senanglah kitani kena ulah ulahi. Ey malu la, kitani dinegeri sendiri tapi kena pijak pijak oleh bangsat, eh salah, bangsa asing. Pendidikan atu penting. Dan masuk askar atu kerja sama kerajaan atu inda semestinya penting untuk menjamin kejayaan hidup. Banyak lagi jalan lain yang boleh diterokai. Kitani cuma perlu berani. Jangan la jadi drug lord, atu gila tia jua tu.

Sekian sajalah kurapak ku buat kali ani.

Mampus: The Chronicle Part I

Adakalanya aku rasa macam kan bunuh semua orang disekeliling ku. Kenapa kitani disini? Kenapa kitani kena ciptakan at the first place?

Backstabber, kurang ajar, biadap, second only to 1malingsial dari segi kepukimakan. Kalaulah aku ni pemerintah tertinggi angkatan bersenjata, aku akan lancarkan a series of campaigns penghapusan kaum. Pelancaran operasi harus dimulakan tika dinihari, waktu keparat keparat ni semua sedang nyaman tidur. Rancangan ku melibatkan pemantauan terperinci untuk mengenalpasti sarang sarang serta kancah pembiakan makhluk perosak palirpin ani. Kemudian, aku cuma perlukan gerombolan tentera pimpinan ku dalam lima ribu orang saja. Cukup sudah tu bagi ku.

Operasi ani aku akan namakan 'Purnama Fantasia'. Kenapa aku namakan operasi ani sedemikian? Diorang menghina, mengumpat - bukan lagi mengumpat belakang belakang tu, depan depan muka kitani orang Melayu Brunei. Cuma kan jadi halnya, orang kitani ani pun satu, talur jua satu tray, malas kan mempelajari kokokan binatang palirpin ani. Andaikata kitani semua rakyat Brunei faham dan mampu bertutur mengikut salakan dan kokokan binatang binatang palirpin ani, inda diorang kan berani kurang ajar tu arah kitani, benar tah. Percaya tah cakap ku. Kamu fikir palirpin ani ingin kan orang Melayu kah? Tambah lagi kitani ani Islam. Makin tah diorang benci tu. Apa boleh buat saja diorang berguna kan duit kitani, iatah makanya binatang binatang ani melata disana sini. Diorang inda akan pernah hormat arah kitani rakyat pribumi. Liat apa jadi kalau diorang berkuasa, pegang jawatan besar macam supervisor, manager, director, macam mana diorang mengolahkan anak tempatan kitani?? Apa buduh sangat kah orang Brunei ani sampai sanggup membiarkan rakyat sendiri dipijak pijak, diliwat, dicerca, dikekah, diludah, dan dipergunakan macam lubang jamban oleh binatang binatang dari luar? Aku kerja sama diorang sudah sekian lama, walau rajin macam mana pun diorang, memang naluri diorang atu selalu kan tikam belakang, memperbodohkan orang Melayu. Kalau ia kan mengucap kitani, inda ia kan bercakap English or Melayu tu, ia cakap bahasanya yang andang andang buruk macam sial atu.

Review for All That Remains - Behind Silence and Solitude

[Originally rejected by Diamhea, Encyclopaedia Metallum]

I am not a huge fan of metalcore. Lamb of God sticks out from the rest due to its addictive groove combined with ridiculously odd drum works and they are enjoyable to listen to every occasionally. A friend of mine from the high school recommended that I check out All That Remains because according to him, the song “Six” is the heaviest shit since Blaspherereion. I investigated his perniciously bold claim. While the song does have a fair share of fast blast beats and some homoerotic screams, that is all there is to it.

However, I traced the band’s history and back catalogue. I mean, let’s face it; even if I am no fan of All That Remains, knowing a thing or two about them is a getaway ticket from being labeled as dumbass ignorant elitist. Then I stumbled upon the very first full length in the form of “Behind Silence and Solitude”, listened to it, and was surprised to know how different the band was back then before they go apeshit mainstream. Most songs are far more structured and well-defined compared to their later efforts, with melodic death metal elements making a strong presence throughout. Of course, the hardcore attitude and predilection are there, but both have been overshadowed by commanding performances from each band member. The opening track is simply one of the immediate highlights from this record and thanks to the slightly low production value, the riffs do not sound any rawer than they already are. The drums are also quite strong but they are not too pushed upfront in the mix although the cymbals are quite suffocated at best. The latter is not necessarily a bad thing nonetheless. There is some blast beats too but they are only used on a minor scale. If only the songwriting allows more room for some brutal blasts, this album is definitely a winner.

The rhythms are minimally striking; they are not too shabby but they are not show-offs either. The solos on this debut are nothing spectacular. However, where they are used, they make the songs sound a lot better as it added more colors to otherwise grey hue. The band extensively employs lead guitars to a greater effect, bringing All That Remains closer to being Gothenburg-inspired death metal outfit than metalcore. To make it interesting, the band has some nice acoustic section in “Clarity” and “Home to Me” that quickly bring to mind early Dark Tranquillity more than anything else does.

Also worth mentioning is “Erase” with its varied drumming style and chord progressions that I can bang my head to every time. The solo on this track is what I described as endemically American; it is so full of metallic bravado (similar to the ones in “Home to Me”). There is nothing to complain about the bass since each track is held together with the particular instrument acts like a soft cushion on which the songs sit comfortably.

Philip Labonte vocals are unlike the horrendous atrocity we hear today. On this record, he leans more toward death metal side than hardcore. What makes this album a lot better is the fact that Labonte growls without clean singing, making Behind Silence and Solitude quite a solid melodic death metal record. He is able to sing with conviction and passion, which is a plus because you can hear honesty coming out from the speakers as he growls his way through.

Behind Silence and Solitude is not a great album by any means but it is a certainly unique release that nobody seems to pay any attention. I think it is better that way despite the fact All That Remains have become a mockery in the metal scene, victimized by many as a group of musicians facing midlife crises writing emo bitches’ lyrics that are poorly dressed as metal. Personally, this is the ONLY All That Remains’ album worth buying and listening to, if only if, you have a penchant for American melodic death metal. Don’t worry, there are no Brokeback Mountain-esque shrieks on this debut, just death grunts through and through. Recommended while it is raw.

Review for Weapon - From the Devil's Tomb

[Originally rejected by Diamhea, Encyclopaedia Metallum]

From the Devil's Tomb starts off strong with the title track. It quickly builds up the necessary atmosphere that makes the music sounds absolutely amazing to listen to even for the uninitiated. The marriage between traditional black / death metal strains, held together by South Asian proclivity can be classified as innovative even by Weapon's standard. For years I have left this album buried beneath my collection and it was not until recently that I began to realise how much of a loss it really was for me to neglect this record at the first place.

Throughout the runtime, we are treated to an array of beautifully crafted aural sorcery. 'From the Devil's Tomb' itself is perhaps one the best tracks on this record and the band certainly knows the potential this song has in captivating your senses. The slow, doom-like opening is certainly a clever attempt to convince you into thinking that this album is going to be dominated by plodding, repetitive ideas. But no, Vetis Monarch and his fellow occultists have formulated a very strategic equation that has left listeners with a sense of awe, as it has done to me. The melodic leads are key. Here, Apostle VIII (Dylan Atkinson, who is currently in Antediluvian and has shaved his head since) complemented Vetis' rhythm with equal proficiency. This is how you create music of the highest quality. Yes. The song has its moments, great ones. There is not a single negative thing that can be said about the title track. Due to the band's ability to capture your attention right from the start, you can expect the rest of the album to have even more surprises along the way. The tapping solo is especially wonderful. It's not simply shredding across the fretboard senselessly in frenetic fashion. What it does is actually bringing a whole new dimension to an already powerful track. The slow section around 06:45 is also interesting to listen to. One does not simply listen to that part without banging your head to it.

Just as the band kicked off the record with a surprisingly powerful song, 'Vested in Surplice, and Violet Stole' rages through with a force to be reckoned with. The song opens up with a series of rolls alternating with brief shimmering on the hi-hat cymbals. That alone is interesting enough to listen to. It also features furious blast beats that would later slow down during the pre-verse part (and other necessary breakdowns) while your ears are being assaulted with venomous doses of tremolo pickings that make up the bulk of the track. The soloing around 03:25 to 04:13 combines Vetis Monarch's melodicism with that of Apostle's, resulting in yet another highlight that is impossible to forget or dismiss. The same can also be said with the following track 'Furor Divinus' with its all the more memorable chorus. Incorporating elements of anti-Cosmic Satanism with seemingly valuable insights on traditional Hindu gods of destruction, Weapon is actually blessed with well-rounded talents encompassing the key features that are lacking in many bands of today. While 'Furor Divinus' is an exercise in outright brutality, the band doesn't shy away from displaying a flair of melody, particularly the magnificently unforgettable tremolo-picked solos from 01:27 to 02:05 which are then re-emphasised on 02:44 to 03:03.

Of course, there seems to be no shortage of brilliance to be found on this sophomore. 'Vortex - 11724', way interesting to name a track, is notable for its textbook approach of tried and true formula. But Weapon has invested enough time and energy in expanding their creativity on this particular track. This can easily be illustrated on the verse and pre-chorus whereby the brooding rhythm is towed by a sequence of tremolo picks. Where this is heading is even more amazing; the breakdown at the middle (02:42) gives way to unique combination of mid-paced with yet again picked tremolo section, only to vomit forth the ensuing melody with an additional dosage of lead of similar fashion.

For most part, I tend to dismiss the instrumental track(s) on any album as fillers. Apparently this is not the case with 'Lefthandpathyoga'. Vetis Monarch does not appear to eschew the need for, should I say, a softer perspective of looking at things from a Satanic standpoint. The instrumental is simply stunning. There is hardly a hint of wankery or excesses. From the acoustic, sitar-like opening to mellow yet progressively rhythmic riff, to appropriately constructed lead solos that struck more chords in your heart than any other sinister vibration, 'Lefthandpathyoga' is indeed a soundtrack to diabolical meditation, if one wishes to use it for that purpose. Yes. This track has a purpose, which is to enhance the already rich atmosphere and dreadful feelings that are previously introduced in the first four hymns. This is certainly not the end. 'The Inner Wolf' continues this tradition with Weapon's signature ferocity with added bonus of dark, menacing Hammond organ on pre-verse sections. Only this time the band has stepped up their game as evident by the use of extended hyper-blast beats on the verse parts courtesy of The Disciple (Paulus Kressman of Sacramentary Abolishment fame; also happen to be my favorite band as well!). That breakdown on 04:57 is surely addictive and no, this is not your typical groove metal tune that you can mosh to. This is absolutely sinister. Did I mention groove? Yes. And Weapon is using a healthy amount of it here. I think the only low point on 'The Inner Wolf' is the band's decision to fade out the lead solos to conclude the song. The solos are no less amazing. It is just unfortunate that the band has decided to silence the solos hence the lost of momentum can't be any more obvious.

By now it is clear that I am describing this album in a dreaded track-by-track format. Pardon me, though. I can't help it. Listening to 'From the Devil's Tomb' in its entirety is not enough. It is a very empowering listening experience that only those with keen ears for the little details are able to pick out the superficially similar elements that, upon closer inspection, are uniquely different from one another which add more palette to otherwise monochromatic subgenre i.e. blackened death metal. Weapon, at least on this record, knows this very well. The opening tambla (is that even the correct spelling??) and sitar on 'Sardonyx' is absolutely refreshing and in no way does it restrain Weapon from unleashing a barrage of aural assault on the very next moment. To make things even more interesting, a wailing lead guitar is added to complement the enchanting atmosphere. It sounds completely ritualistic. But yes, make no mistake. Weapon comes ripping off your face at the drop of a hat when the verse section begins. How can one possibly overlook this is simply baffling. For all we know, this release is one of a kind, if not the only kind. Or is it just me who had not heard any Middle Eastern influenced metal before? Either way, Weapon has just got started - another beautiful sitar comes in at 03:50 with a series of rolls on the snare drum before culminating with Vetis Monarch's Tom G. Warrior impersonation (Uggh!!) at 04:27. And yes we have another groovy double bass pummeling through the riffs with somewhat dissonant soloing to inject even more venom into your ears.

We have reached 'Trishul', the second last track on this magnum opus. Has everything been watered down by now? Not all. While it is apparent that Weapon is closing in on even more melodic ryhthm, there are things that keep the flame alive. Make no mistake, the chugging rhythm is not a last ditch attempt to cash in on the hook-loving crowd. Rather, it paints a picture perfect soundscape of hellish proportion beginning from 03:33. We are then being treated yet again to a series of mournful but malevolent lead works before my favorite section comes to manifest at 05:02; a surprisingly short but effective acoustic plucking that suits the atmosphere of the song extremely well. Everything seems to stand still when the acoustic part kicks. It is simply mesmerizing to listen to that it prompts me to reverse the track to that particular section just so I can be mystified by its beautiful chakra again and again. Groovy double bass makes another comeback right after the acoustic has evanesced into the thin air. But I believe it because it is absurd. I listen to it because it absurdly alluring.

Weapon eventually closes the chapter with 'Towards the Uncreated'. By now I have high hopes that the final track is going to be an appropriate conclusion to all the magnificently stunning effort that the band has showcased for us to hear, enjoy and appreciate. Yes. From the very first track all the way to the final one, Weapon could hardly disappoint. In fact, one track is a brief taste of what's to come and you can expect only the best from them. 'Towards the Uncreated' wraps things up with everything that we have come to know about Weapon; fast paced rhythm adorned with serpentine, hissing lead works that slowly glides its way into the deepest recesses of your subconscious, groovy double bass that can go from 0-60 mph at moment's notice, and multitude of seemingly endless capacity for the rhythm guitars to keep you nailed to your seat so you can listen to this album on repeat.

Okay, so far I have not mentioned anything about the bass. Is it really necessary to say something about this instrument each time I'm writing a review? Perhaps not. But on this album, the bass guitar is quite audible. Eric's performance is no less noteworthy than the rest of the band members. While it is known that the bass only follows the rhythm throughout, on heavier parts the bass is quite prominent. It is even more powerful on slower parts, which makes up half of the album's composition and in turn accentuated the lower registers. In essence, the bass is not simply interred beneath the wall of independent yet contiguous riff. Vetis Monarch's vocal and singing are praiseworthy too. I truly enjoy his gruff, semi-growling vocals that are well suited for the album's atmosphere. His clean singing is not bad as well. I would expect other bands to fail miserably when attempting to insert clean vocals on their output, but not Weapon. Just listen to 'The Inner Wolf' around 04:14 - 04:35. Although Mashruk Huq is a Bangladeshi, he speaks on a level similar to native speakers without any awkward accent. To make things interesting, he even pens some of the richest, most insightful take on occultism, anti-religion, and all things Satanic. This is not your regular high-school problem child who writes "Fuck Christ" and "Satan ist krieg" type of bullshit; Vetis Monarch has some serious vocabulary and he knows just what to write in trying to express his tales of Left Hand Path conviction. And who could forget the addictive chorus he has written for 'Furor Divinus' in which Vetis has invoked the names of Hindu deities in a very convincing manner. It is convincing. Yes. Here's why; he is a Bangladeshi and he comes from a nation where Muslims and Hindus are trying to dominate one another. He is not just some European guy who tries hard to use elements of Hinduism for whatever reasons (I'm looking at you, Cult of Fire!). Vetis Monarch is for real. Unfortunately though, he has decided to conclude Weapon after allegedly growing disdainful toward the metal crowd, particularly the black metal fans where he has referred to them in an interview as 'some of the dumbest and most ignorant people I have ever met'. Well, I have nothing against that really.

All in all, this is a great album with 100 per cent of the songs being highly memorable. I considered 'From the Devil's Tomb' as the eventual outcome of what Black Sabbath has started before reaching the uncharted territory that makes albums like 'Bonded by Blood', 'Darkness Descends', 'Reign in Blood', and 'Pleasure to Kill a landmark in metal history. It's progression in the most logical way, shape and form. You know it will come to this after years of listening to metal music, an evolution that does not stray away from the roots while taking in inspirations from what has transpired in between the chaotic scene with the likes of Revenge, Beherit, Blasphemy, and possibly even Incantation. Grab this album if you haven't already and I shit you not - this is a top notch material!
