Bestial Raids - (2011) Prime Evil Damnation [ANTI-GOTH 197]

At the height of bestial metal craze, everyone turns their attention to bands that sported bullet belts, spikes and animal bones. One of the names that slowly gains cult following is Bestial Raids. This record is heavily packed with explosively charged munitions to be delivered onto populated area before being detonated at peak hours, where unsuspecting men, women and children gathered before a rabbi who is delivering his sermon, preaching Zionism and shit. As Prime Evil Damnation explodes, the high temperature blast wave flattens everything in its wake within thirteen miles radius. The damage from resulting explosion is immense; government and corporate facilities are blown to pieces. What's left of the synagogues is immediately consumed by fire. Crucifixes are broken, and effigy of Jesus Christ as well as Mother Mary melted into a puddle of molten iron, forming a concentrated pool of acid bath. Smells of charred, burning flesh thickened in the air. Skulls and bones powdered the perimeter of the city limit where the blast ends, leaving no hope to find any possible survivor in the ground zero. Bestial Raids truly are the architects of genocide and this album is no different. Go grab your copy now, or suffer a shameful death of your poseur life!

Katharsis - (2009) Fourth Reich [FLAME50 Ajna]

Released through The Ajna Offensive in the US, Fourth Reich is yet another blasphemous assault unleashed by Germany's own Katharsis. Their debut album bear striking resemblance to Under a Funeral Moon era Darkthrone, whose vocals and stylistic devotion seemed to make no mistake in trying to separate one from the other. As they progressed (or should I say transgress?) with time, their releases begin to take over misshapen forms, boasting epic track length and mind boggling musicianship. The lyrics penned by this band of terrorists are flowing incomprehensibly in the veins of kvlt based linguistics; a traits perhaps shared with fellow scenester from Portugal, Spain. Fourth Reich starts off with So Nails the Hearts, one of Katharsis lengthy tracks. However, the songs are carefully thought out and they are structured quite well, with discernible skeletal frames showing each note anatomy from head to toe. Behold the greatness of this mini CD in all its glory. Buy or die, you are born poseur...

Throneum - (2011) Death Throne Entities [MOON 078]

Next up we have a relatively underground duo first known as Throne from 1996 until the new millennium. They later changed name to Throneum due to another band using the same moniker. I try to scour for their back catalog and older materials but somehow my contact was only able to turn up this record, which is still decent in my arrogant opinion as of now. The music reminds me of angry Canadian bands such as Revenge and Conqueror. Production wise, the album is reminiscent of early Sadus and From Beyond - era Massacre. If you are into old school stuff, this is the right album to die for! Poseurs: don't even dare to claim that you know this band, no you're not! So fuck off!

1. Deathlust 2:31

Watain - (2010) Lawless Darkness [SOM 203D]

Behold the Swedish beasts of black metal called Watain who named themselves after a song by the ever influential Von. With the release of Lawless Darkness, the band continued on to further refine their song writing that has been clearly influenced by elements atypical to black metal formula. I can honestly say that Watain have nothing new to put on the table; this album follows similar production values and structure from Sworn to the Dark. Nevertheless, it is quite an entertaining black metal piece. The 14 - minute - long Waters of Ain is their most epic track to date featuring decent melodic solos with some riffs taken from Celtic Frost 'The Usurper'. You know this when you listen to it. Anyways, Watain do sell out these days but they still create good music unlike Cradle of Filth and Metallica who just cashed in on anything that corporate giants wanted them to emulate. I simply like this album. The digipak housing is very cool for a collector's item. If you are poseur, you won't buy this record but if you are true diehard fans, you will try your best to acquire a new copy regardless of the circumstances. Buy or die!

Unanimated - (1995) Ancient God of Evil [.flac Regain Reissue]

This is yet another personal favorite of mine. I don't want to explain it in detail. It's already late here at my place; 0042 past midnight. Blasphemophagher - (2011) The III Command of the Absolute Chaos [.flac]

Enter 2012, where poseurs are now slowly moving toward the path of bestial war metal; going as far as to use 'OV' in between their abominable pseudonyms. I am 100% sure (certified and guaranteed by seasoned local veterans) that these motherfuckers are nothing short of being trendy by jumping onto the bandwagon like the rest of imbecile lot their age. All this started happening when Singapore's most successful metal band 'Impiety' began touring to East Malaysia and precisely Borneo Island. Having been infected with trendiness and poseurity, insolence asshwipes from Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei Darussalam are obviously jealous of Impiety's worldwide fame and achievement. Worst still in Brunei, some of these already poseur kids are also feeling the heat; before they were into black metal, citing Cradle of Filth and Dimmu Borgir as their primary listening habit. Later, when the 'core' crap took over the scene trendiness, every one of them listened to Lamb of God, As I Lay Dying, Killswitch Engage and the fucking likes. Between 2010 until late 2011, the same kids were fucking around, twiddling and sucking on their thumbs while masturbating to folk / Viking metal.

Then again, poseurs are poseurs; they still lacked the necessary knowledge to actually get what the fuck they were listening to. It's a shame, is not it? Most are uneducated enough to differentiate between shit and turd. To tell you the truth, bullshit like this runs rampant in my area where 'core' rules over the metal scene. One of them has absolutely zero tolerance upon listening to any song from Impiety; the very band that he looked up to and it is the same guy who rave day and night about bestial metal. I can't even begin to imagine what kind of feelings do I have for this mother-cunt-penetrator. He and his circle of foolish disciples have farted nothing but disgrace to my country. However, I rather see all of them asphyxiate in the swamp of immaturity (kids will always be kids, and they are fucking stupid) than rising to the top, becoming well respected metalhead because apparently they do not deserve to be called as such at the first place. They are the reason why us experienced elites detest the idea of having any ties with the so called 'metal scene'. No. It does not exist. Within our minds it doesn't. Never will. We gave up supporting young locals who revered themselves as fans of metal, only to discover that they are all but show. We still download and share audio files across the internet. Yes. But we are also determined collectors, working hard to purchase albums and authentic merchandise of our favorite bands. Our budget allocation has a fair share of reservoir for buying CDs, vinyls, tapes, patch as well as armors. Downloading is permissible in this country since it is almost impossible to get pressings in the local music stores. However, if there is a will there is a way, and excuse there shall be not. I hate those motherfuckers who download shit, burned the excrement onto cheap CD-R and then sell it as if their own. You know this when you see the word in caps lock 'RELEASE!'.

Enough with my rants, now let's focus on what I supposed to do here, which is to provide you with perfect self rip of The III Command of the Absolute Chaos; an album spewed forth by cult blackened death outfit Blasphemophagher. Now can you guess what the name literally means? Nah, I won't want to waste my time trying to help you figure it out. This is one of those CDs that I booked and purchased from a good friend of mine, with whom I have spent over BND$1,000 over the last year alone. Some are very hard to find and I won't tell you what those albums are. Okay, so this record is great both in sound and execution, boasting some of the most violent mutation form of black and death hybrid unmatched by your hobby band. The music is refreshing with all instruments combined together to form one solid wall of sound. Thanks to the good production, their bestiality is proven worthwhile in leaving carnage in the wake. Not one soul is spared, believe me when I say that it's true. If you happen to have the original compact disc, you can fool around with the booklet by reversing it inside out to see the alternate artwork bearing the band's logo and the album title. I did just that and I thought it looked pretty cool. The cartridge number for this release is ANTI-GOTH 199. It also states 'Cult of Nuclear Hell' as an extra track on the back card.

Tracklist:

1. Chaostorm of Atomization 4:54
2. Abominable Nuclear Penetration 3:22
3. Ritual of Disintegration 2:44

Immolation - (2007) Shadows in the Light [.flac]

Introduction is unnecessary. Immolation have always been my personal favorite ever since I first listened to their epic masterpiece Close to a World Below. From then on, I began in depth excavation on the band back catalog. With Shadows in the Light, these New Yorkers continued on to experiment with multiplexed riff yet straightforward in delivery. This self rip version is extracted from POSH095PROMO @ CD. The only strange thing is how the CD ended up in my slipcase edition from Listenable Records. Am I being sabotaged? Well, fuck poseurs, buy the original!

Bathory - (1984) Bathory (2003 Reissue) [.flac]

Which metalhead doesn't know shit about Bathory? I've met some of these poseur bastards. They claimed themselves as ardent fans of metal. When I post 'Necromansy' on a forum, the moderator began asking about the band and how it became influential to extreme metal in general. To be honest, he had never listened to any song from Bathory in over 30 years of his existence on this planet. I pointed out the similarity between the song 'Necromansy' and 'War' that was recorded by Burzum in his eponymous debut. Still he had no fucking idea of what I was talking about. Now I called that type of person as the 'absolute poseur'. But that is not everything; the next story is even more ridiculous and it makes you want to punch the guy in his face! On the same forum, there I was posting another song by Bathory. Then this dude appeared on the forum and commented on the video where our little conversation began We obviously chatted about Bathory and Quorthon's legacy as musician. It was not until he asked me whether or not Bathory would release a new album that I got totally infuriated. Fortunately I was able to pull myself together and explained to him that Quorthon had since long been dead for years, much to that fucker surprise. Mind you, the conversation took place about two years ago!

In essence, I held Bathory in high regard. The self titled full length is perhaps my favorite black metal record ever. Without Bathory, black metal will not exist as we know it today. So fuck off to poseurs who only know to download .mp3 but refused to purchase original albums and merchandise. Total fuck off to uneducated bastards who dwell at the very bottom pits of excrement and stupidity. SUPPORT WAR AGAINST POSEURS!!

As a side note, this 2003 reissue combines Storm of Damnation and Hades into a single track.
